Here's How Our House Looks Now... But It's Coming Down
We've just purchased this beauty of a house that sits on a cul-de-sac lot in North Mount Juliet in the past couple weeks. It's in a nice neighborhood built in '07 and has been sitting like this for about two years after the builder went under. They never put a roof on it to protect the framing and so it has to come down to the foundation before we can begin new construction. We got a great deal and are excited to get going! We're working with an architect on designing a house that has all the good stuff we want but that also fits on the existing foundation.
